- Role: Record to Report Analyst
- Experience: 3–7 years (preferred 5–8 years for Analyst level)
- Location: Jaipur
- Shift: US Shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
- Mode of Work: Work from Office
- Qualifications: MCOM, MBA, BCOM, BBA (Commerce background preferred)
Key Skills Required:
- General Ledger Accounting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Month-End Closing
- External Reporting
- Experience with tools like SAP, S4, and Blackline (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing and cash forecasting.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, including automation and control enhancements.
