Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Operations
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and invoice processing activities.
- Enter invoice and payment information into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding payment issues.
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and transaction documentation.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Perform accounting analysis and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor financial reporting data and identify fluctuations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and reporting standards.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Support Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance.
- Participate in internal control testing and documentation.
- Perform quality checks on financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with SAP ERP.
- Invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
- Accounting analysis and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
