You will be working as Financial planning & analysis Specialist and will be part of Electrification for EL Business area based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to the FP&A Services – Lead. You will be responsible in providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.
Your responsibilities
Accounting, allocation, and reporting of functional costs
Advising invoice booking , creation of month end accruals
Allocating – Local charges & CHGPL charges and adhocs queries from business on the cost
Planning and preparation of Budgets and 5Q Rolling Forecast
Working with the IS manager for planning and preparation of budget
Reporting budget and 5Q Rolling Forecast in ISPBR
Monitoring cost by variance analysis of budget v/s forecast
Periodic analysis of Financial statements and KPI’s such as Cash flow, Balance sheet, In-come statement
Your background
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred Minimum 5 year experience in Accounting and Finance with 2+ years of experience in FP&A is preferable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with thorough / detail oriented approach
Strong communication skills and fluent in English
Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules and basic knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in SAP is an advantage
Experience with MS Office Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
