Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve AML alerts related to Sanctions, PEP, and suspicious transactions
- Perform detailed analysis of system-generated triggers using internal and external tools
- Draft clear and compliant investigation summaries
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather information for alert resolution
- Escalate cases as per defined thresholds
- Stay updated with latest AML procedures and compliance regulations
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC, Sanctions, and PEP screening
- Experience in Transaction Monitoring, Escalation Management, and Financial Investigations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Risk-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum), FinCrime certifications preferred
- Flexible with rotational shifts and hybrid work model
- Strong knowledge of global compliance standards
