🧠 Job Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess online content (text, images, and videos) for sensitive or inappropriate material. The role requires psychological resilience, critical thinking, and an understanding of online advertising policies and cultural context.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and act on content of graphic, violent, sexual, abusive, or derogatory nature
- Follow platform policies and take appropriate action
- Attend training sessions, QA reviews, and wellness activities
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quick turnaround
🎯 Desired Skills:
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of AdWords, AdSense, YouTube monetization policies
- Ability to identify cultural nuances and context in content
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional regional language
- Familiarity with Google tools: Chrome, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
- Excellent communication and time management
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Hons/General)
- Passing Year: 2022 and onwards only
- Documents Required: Provisional & consolidated marksheets (mandatory)
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
