- Graduate & Undergraduate
- Prior customer service experience in Voice process of 0 to 3yrs
- Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Flexible with 24 / 7 & Rotational Shifts and Rotational off)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient reading skills
- Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable with Voice & Email.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- Typing Speed 30 WPM 90 Accuracy.
