- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
- 2 – 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on Procure to Pay processes.
- Working experience in SAP tool.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
2. Purchase Order Matching: Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receiving documents to validate the accuracy of the billing information.
3. Coding and Data Entry: Assign appropriate general ledger codes to expenses and enter invoice data into the accounting system.
4. Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Expense Report Processing: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Month-End Closing: Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing reports and reconciling accounts payable transactions.
7. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to accounts payable activities, providing insights to management as needed. - Time Schedule: Complete Evening Shift (5:30 PM to 02:30 AM)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekoff)
