Job Role or Description
- Demonstrate ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound Customer calls/queries. To provide quality customer assistance and support to bring resolution of escalated customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Provide basic troubleshooting on a variety of products and services and respond to inquiries about services. Work and partner with others: Within a team-based environment. Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals. Job requirements: A High School Diploma or Graduate. Freshers with exemplary communication skills are welcome. Prior customer service experience of 0 to 3yrs. Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Flexible with 24 / 7 & Rotational Shifts and Rotational off). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient reading skills. Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Candidates should be comfortable with voice process. Basic PC keyboard skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required. It is work from office opportunity
