Job Description:
- Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
- Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
- Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1 5 years of sales experience from Banking, Financial and Insurance industry.
- Prior sales experience in NBFC/Pharma/Telecom/ FMCG sector can be considered
- Age Range – 21 – 30 Years.
- Should be comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles.
- Fresher willing to make career in sales in Banking industry can be considered.
- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
