Role & responsibilities
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+2 or 10+ 3 yrs diploma
- 0-5 years experience as a telesales executive or in a similar role
- Freshers with Hindi proficiency are considered
- Fluency in Hindi both verbal and written
