• Payment processing and Banking
• Vendor query Resolution
• Communicating with Suppliers & resolving their queries
• Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts & Employee expense Processing
• Statement Reconciliation
• Vendor Clearing
• Other Monthly Reporting
• Month Closing Activities & End Reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• 1 Plus years of experience.
• Candidate should be excellent with MS Office skills. - OTC Collections:
- Assistant Accountant: 1 years exp after graduation
- Accountant (SAP EXP Mandate) & Collections (Voice): 2 years exp after graduation
- Cash Application and allocation
- Collections connecting with customers through emails and phone
- Understanding on Credit Management
- Credit Insurance and follow-up
- Forecasting of cash flows
- Order approvals
- Other Monthly Reporting
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hands on working knowledge of SAP
