Role & responsibilities:Oversees the change process by ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorised and actioned resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement and that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process.Prepares reports on statistical information.Oversight of change management staff who manages the lifecycle of changes ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorised and actioned resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process.Ensure agreed Requests For Change RFC are entered correctly in the Service Management tool Reject impractical RFCs Chair Change Advisory Board CAB meetings for supported area.Ensure that full approval is granted prior to implementing Changes.Ensure a back out plan prepared internally is in evidence and has been considered within the overall implementation plan to minimize impact to service availability Chair Post Implementation Review meetings for supported area.Manage any follow up actions identified from Post Implementation Reviews Review monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of cross tower.Changes to all relevant parties Provide change reporting as needed Arbitrate all Change queries across tower changes.Ability of managing virtual teams to deliver Change Management process and working cross functionally.Ability to develop training material schedule and facilitate training sessions for internal and external resources mentoring skills.Awareness of SAS70 Sarbanes Oxley or FDA regulations business implications.
