🧾 Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice), you will:
- Be the primary contact for B2B customers via Email & Chat
- Deliver timely and professional support while meeting SLAs
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure quick resolution
- Handle sensitive queries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records in system databases
- Achieve key performance metrics – quality, productivity, and attendance
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent email and chat communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with email etiquette
- Education: Minimum High School diploma or above
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
