Job Description:
Responsibilities: Ads Troubleshooting, Analysts will provide email and outbound call support Services with emphasis on troubleshooting, account optimization, and efficient issue resolution and personalized resolutions for Ad Campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping and App
Required Profile
Technical:
Social media and Digital marketing knowledge.
Good understanding of internet architecture and web concepts
Familiarity with ad operations, Ad optimization and monetization tools.
Analytical:
Should be able to look at reports and numbers derive meaningful inferences
Willing to learn and apply learning in practical environment.
Customer Service:
Customer oriented & self-motivated.
Ability to work with individuals, companies and large clients
Experience in working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (mostly night shifts)
Positive frame of mind, open to feedback and must be able to perform under pressure

- Hiring/Hired candidate transport boundaries are within 20kms from HCL Kokapet Location.
- Cabs available for both sides, however radius for 1 side is within 20km and 40kms for both side for employees
