Job Description/Skills Required
The job of a Telesales Executive is to reach out to potential customers over phone, understand their needs, explain them the product features, advantages, benefits and provide options whereby customers can find a suitable prospect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
- Meet individual and collective revenue targets by suggesting appropriate offerings basis customer need and potential
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages
