Job Description
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process invoices and handle payment releases
- Perform 3-way match, non-PO, GRN processes
- Audit invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Work with ERP tools like SAP/Navision
Record to Report (R2R):
- Manage month-end close and journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
Order to Cash (OTC):
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Post receipts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with clients for remittance details
- Improve AR processes and workflows
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–7 years of experience in Accounting / Finance domain
- Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA / M.Com
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of AP / R2R / OTC processes
