• Min HS Passed Fresher & Experience both can apply Excellent verbal & Written communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI Must have Laptop/Desktop enabled with original version of windows 10 and connected through Broadband/Wi-Fi. Must have active antivirus Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month Must have 4GB RAM Customer orientation Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break Should have a typing speed of 28WPM with 85% accuracy (2 Min) Interview Structure- HR round – General check Ops round Client Round Video Call Payouts – Salary for Fresher 1.77 LPA, 13.2 K/Month. Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate 2.20 LPA, 16.2 K/Month. (Release letter mandatory) First 20 days of stipend payouts (300/Day) 21st Day offer letter 100% fixed salary
