Job Role or Description
- Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal. Good computer knowledge, good typing speed. Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts. Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements. Any candidate Fresher or with more than six months BPO experienced would be considered Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy. Job Description: Have to resolve customer queries over Calls and email Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
