📌 Job Description:
Wipro is looking for Backoffice Associates to support its HR Operations team in a non-voice process. This is an excellent role for individuals with strong data handling skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a willingness to work in a fixed evening shift.
💼 Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle incoming help requests via email/phone courteously

Log and document client issues and resolutions accurately

Troubleshoot common problems and escalate when needed

Maintain detailed records of all support queries

Follow SLA timelines and standard operating procedures

Ensure high-quality service delivery in all interactions
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 0 to 36 months (Freshers welcome)

Education: Any graduate – BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA, PGDM

Note: Full-time B.Tech & Full-time MBA freshers are not eligible

Skills: Basic MS Excel knowledge, good communication, and data entry skills
