💼 Job Description – Customer Support Executive
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries/issues with accuracy and empathy
- Provide product and service support effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts
⭐ Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduation not required
- Experience: Freshers & candidates with up to 4 years of BPO/Customer Support experience
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Strong problem-solving & active listening skills
- Customer-centric attitude with willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
