Handle inbound and outbound calling processes

Provide assistance and support to customers in English and Hindi
âś… Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Passed

Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers Welcome)

Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Languages Required: Fluency in English and Hindi (no major MTI/accent)

Shifts: Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Commitment: No planned leaves for the next 3 months post-joining
