Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in BPO/customer service
- Must have excellent verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage stress and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Ready to work flexible shifts and rotational week-offs
- Graduation is not mandatory
