As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information.
- Record all customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
- Work in rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 days rotational offs).
