We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our international BPO team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls from international clients.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
4. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
5. Undergraduate and Graduate are eligible.
6. Any domestic experience are also considerable.
