Job Role or Description
- To drive Retail Lending business from Deep Geo branches & CSC / VLE agents Ensuring branch achieves >=100% of its Retail Lending target every month and achieve Self Sourcing target every month. Generate Leads by conducting activities both in the branch as well as in all attached villages, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time Work closely with Branch Head, other team members in the branch. ROs from other verticals & Deep Geo Circle Managers. Recruit fresh CSC agents from open market and complete on-boarding process. Ensure Proper Reporting, Attendance for Training – Review Meetings & Participation in CO / Circe / Cluster / branch level drives. Ensure leads and business is generated for all Retail Lending Products for the branch & also by all the CSC / VLE agents. To coordinate with ROs & SMs of all Retail Lending products and ensuring all leads are responded properly on time. To cross sell other products as announced by CO from time to time. Ensure that the customers sourced are aware of the status of their application at all times.
