Key Responsibilities
- Handle AR calling (Accounts Receivable) for international clients
- Follow up with customers/clients regarding outstanding payments
- Communicate effectively to resolve billing and payment issues
- Maintain call records and update systems accurately
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and SLAs
