Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and tickets within SLA
- Log, categorize, and manage incidents as per ITIL guidelines
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for desktop, OS, VPN, VOIP, Exchange, and SharePoint issues
- Perform remote desktop support and escalate complex issues when required
- Track and monitor incidents until resolution
- Assist users with account management, password reset, and technical queries
Technical Skills Required
- Strong communication (neutral/American accent preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office (2013/2016), O365
- Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL processes
- Familiarity with Citrix (Xen Desktop/App), VPN, remote support tools (Bomgar, RDP)
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- Printer setup, device connectivity, and thin client support
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
