🧠 Job Responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone for support and troubleshooting
-
Analyze and resolve software/hardware-related issues
-
Document incidents and solutions using service management tools

Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution
-
Provide mentorship and assist junior team members
-
Assist in cloud application/browser-based troubleshooting
-
Support for ID resets, email, browser & connectivity issues
-
Maintain performance metrics (AHT, resolution rate, quality, etc.)

Offer feedback to improve support processes and documentation
✅ Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Sound knowledge of IT service desk operations

Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers

Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools & screen sharing

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms & API troubleshooting (a plus)

Prior BPO/Tech Support experience highly desirable
