Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and encourage timely payments.
- Process, verify, and post receipts for goods and services.
- Generate internal reports and perform account reconciliations.
- Resolve customer discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to address queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to disputes within defined turnaround times.
- Stay updated with job-related knowledge through training.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1–3 years in order management, collections, or dispute management (Voice & Semi-Voice).
- Qualifications: Any graduate (no standing arrears).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and build relationships with clients.
