💼 Role: Content Moderator (Non-Voice Process)

Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational offs
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Monitor user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines

Handle sensitive, offensive, or disturbing content with emotional maturity

Apply platform policies with consistency and fairness

Escalate critical issues as per process

Meet productivity and quality metrics

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 1–4 years (mandatory in content moderation)
-
Education: Graduate (PC & CMM required)
-
Must have offer letters, experience letters, and pay slips for all prior roles

Immediate joiners only

Must be willing to work rotational shifts including nights

Not eligible: Freshers, students currently pursuing education
