Job Description:
- Walk-in drive for freshers for the Non Voice process.
- Deliver excellent client service through superior English communication and proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to handle various situations confidently.
Specifications:
- Must be willing to work from the office and adapt to rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Qualification: Any Graduate (pass-outs of 2022, 2023, or 2024; MBA candidates for post-graduation are eligible).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Working days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days.
