Role & responsibilities
- Handle real-time inbound voice calls and chats with customer queries
- Handle email queries and respond promptly
- Attempt to provide resolutions on the first interaction with customers
- Update customers on the progress of their cases regularly
Required candidate profile
- CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT COMMAND OVER ENGLISH – APPLICABLE TO CANDIDATES WHO POSSESS BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WITHOUT ANY GRAMMATICAL ERRORS, HAVING GOOD SENTENCE STRUCTURE WITH NO MTIs (Mother Tongue Influence)
