• Source candidates from job portals and recruitment channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring requirements
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
• Work closely with clients and internal teams
• Manage end-to-end BPO recruitment activities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database
• Ensure timely hiring as per business needs
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Work from client location as required

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sourcing through job portals
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule

• 6 days working
• 1 rotational week off
• Rotational shifts
