• Position: Associate – US HR Backoffice

• Process: Non-Voice | US HR Operations

• Experience: 0 – 3 Years

• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

• Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Both-side cab provided)

• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

• Service Agreement: 1 Year (Mandatory)

👤 Candidate Profile

• Age Limit: 22 – 27 years

• Qualification:

  • UG: BA, B.Com, B.Sc (Non-technical)

  • PG: M.Com, MA, Part-time MBA/PGDM

  • Full-time MBA & B.Tech freshers are not eligible

🔹 Immediate joiners preferred or candidates with 15 days’ notice
🔹 Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data handling
🔹 Candidates should have good written and comprehension skills

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming help requests via email/phone courteously

• Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and resolutions

• Follow standard procedures and SLAs to resolve queries

• Work in a US HR back office support role (non-customer facing)

• Update records as per client contract & compliance guidelines

• Support HR teams in data entry, issue tracking, and HRMS system updates

📌 Additional Information

• Fixed Night Shift: Cab facility provided for both sides

• Service Agreement: 1 year is mandatory

• Dress Code: Formal attire for walk-in
