Job description
Role-The main responsibility of the Field Recruiter will be to source, attract, and hire top talent in order to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
1. Conducting recruitment activities in the field, such as attending job fairs, networking events, and other industry-related functions, to attract highly qualified candidates.
2. Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing objectives and hiring goals.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4. Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
5. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates’ qualifications to determine their suitability for open positions.
6. Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
7. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
8. Managing candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
9. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
10. Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking
11. Partners with Director of Field HR and Seniors
12.Conducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep consistent pipeline of talent
13. Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
14. Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession planning
15. Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates
16. Maintain job postings on career page and all other employment websites
17. Create all offer letters and negotiate salary and relocation packages.
18. Coordinate candidate interviews and travel, and manage related expenses
19. Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers) to drive candidate identification and attractionPrefered candidate Profiles-
* Min 3 years of exp preferred in Field recruitment

* Any Retail industry will be advantage (Prefer FMCG, Fresh-F&V)
