Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Analyst – International Voice Process for one of our Global Telecommunication Client to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana . The successful candidate will be responsible for handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls and online front-end operations. Additionally, they will identify and integrate upselling opportunities, adapt sales pitches based on customer responses, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls with precision and professionalism.
– Manage online front-end operations to ensure smooth customer interactions.
– Identify and integrate upselling opportunities into customer interactions.
– Adapt sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
– Prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 2-12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
– Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours.
