Job Role: Non-Voice Process Associate
As part of the Non-Voice team, you will:
- Handle back-end operations and data processing.
- Work on reports, documentation, and business support activities.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in process execution.
- Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Provisional/Consolidated mark sheets mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers (0 years).
- Skills Required:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office).
- Must be flexible for rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule
- 5 days a week.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
