As a part of the US HR Operations Team, you will:
- Maintain service quality by enforcing standards and resolving client queries
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with global HR policies
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Escalation handling and report management
- Coordinate HR policies and procedures aligned to US business requirements
- Generate statutory and control reports as per region-specific laws
- Support data handling and documentation across HR platforms
🎯 Skills & Qualifications Required
- Educational Background:
- UG: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc Non-Tech preferred)
- PG: MA, M.Com, MBA (Part-time), PGDM
- Skill Set:
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of HRIS systems (preferred)
- Must maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Good grasp of HR compliance, employment laws & audits
