🔑 Role & Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries from clients via phone and email.
-
Document customer details and issues for accurate resolution.
-
Learn product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
-
Maintain logs, records, and reports as per guidelines.
-
Resolve customer queries within defined SLAs.
-
Work on Backoffice / US HR Operations process.
✅ Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BMS, MA, M.Com, PGDM, part-time MBA).

❌ Full-time MBA & B.Tech freshers are not eligible.

Work Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers eligible).

Age Limit: 22 – 27 years only.

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Both side cab provided).

Working Days: 5 days working, Sat & Sun off.

Service Agreement: 1 year (mandatory).

Skills: Basic MS Excel, good communication, data handling ability.

Immediate Joiners preferred (within 10-15 days).
