📝 Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for the Premium US Voice Process, your key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound voice support for international customers
- Providing timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs on customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution
- Maintaining internal records of queries, follow-ups, and resolutions
- Collaborating with peers to implement service improvement strategies
🧠 Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken English must be fluent)
- Freshers welcome; Experienced candidates (up to 3 years) in international BPO preferred
- Should be flexible for evening and night shifts
- Good command of MS Office and basic computer skills
- Must adhere to company policies on attendance and service quality
🎓 Education Requirements:
- Graduates: B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc (Except BSc IT, Stats, Math Hons, and Eco. Hons)
- MBA (Full-time), BE/B.Tech graduates must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
- B.Tech and MBA freshers are not eligible
