📌 Key Responsibilities:

Handle client queries via email and phone in a professional manner

Maintain logs and records as per company procedures

Troubleshoot and resolve issues using standard procedures

Accurately record all interaction details and resolution steps

Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) as per client contracts

Use basic MS Excel for daily data handling and reporting
🎓 Educational Qualifications:

Eligible: Any graduate – BA, B.Com, B.Sc (Non-Technical), MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA, PGDM

Not Eligible: Full-time MBA and B.Tech Freshers
