Provide customer support services through voice/blended process.

Handle queries, complaints, and customer retention tasks.

Work in a 5-day work environment (2 rotational week-offs).

Candidate will work from office only.
👤 Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate can apply.

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Support required.

Excellent communication skills in any two languages: English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu.

Knowledge of Finance and Banking sector is an added advantage.
