Designation: Customer support Associate.
- Location: Egmore, Chennai.
- Mode of work: work from office.
- working days: 6 days working and 1day rotational week off.
- Role: Permanent – On Role.
*Preferred candidates:
- Only Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
- *Salary: INR 14000 to INR 23000 Take Home (Based on languages fluency and Interview performance).
Job description: – As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
Eligibility criteria: –
- *Any Graduate (Graduation Mandatory)
Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
- *Languages required – Looking for three languages speaking candidates’ combination of (Hindi + Any 2 Mentioned languages).
- Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi.
*Willing to do rotational shifts.
