🧑💻 Job Role: Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for a Banking Process

Provide prompt and efficient resolutions to customer queries

Work in rotational 24×7 shifts (6 days a week with 1 rotational week off)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduates only (any stream)

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates with 6+ months BPO experience (with documentation) will be given preference
💰 Salary & Benefits:
