🧑‍💻 Job Role: Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for a Banking Process

• Provide prompt and efficient resolutions to customer queries

• Work in rotational 24×7 shifts (6 days a week with 1 rotational week off)

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduates only (any stream)

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates with 6+ months BPO experience (with documentation) will be given preference

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹1.70 – ₹2.10 LPA
