1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate Profile :
1. Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply.
2. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts with transport allowance .
3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
4. Excellent English communication is required.
Shifts – Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week offs
