Position Summary:

Claim processor/adjudicator will be responsible for handling and undertaking regular and complex transactions, wherein decision making, business understanding, and process acumen will be required. She/ He may be engaged in non voice communication with international clients or their end customers, in addition to regular processing responsibilities

Key Activities:

• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Requires in-depth knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of transaction processing function
• Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
• Must be able to comprehend complex requests
• Must be able to write free format letters

Should participate in projects initiated at a team level

Job Requirements:

• A fulltime Graduate.
• 1-4 Years of experience in International Insurance (Life and Pensions)
• Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong Team & Performance Management skills
• Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed (at least 30 WPM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused and Excellent Team Player/Strong Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in Night shifts.
• Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employees (No Cash in hand)
