Job Description:
Role: International Voice Process Executive
Experience: 1–2 years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Hyderabad (within 15 km preferred)
Openings: 100
Shifts: Night shifts (flexibility required)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and returns via calls, emails, and chat
- Explain services and resolve queries with clarity and empathy
- Maintain high-quality service and professionalism in all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Knowledge of customer support practices
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Open to work in night shifts and from office
- Must reside within 15 km radius of office
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible
