🧠Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via voice, chat, and email.
- Resolve issues regarding orders, returns, shipping, and refunds.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Update CRM systems with customer interaction details.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and hit performance KPIs.
- Participate in training and assessments as required.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate with 1–3 years of BPO experience in inbound sales or customer service.
- Must have worked in blended processes (voice, chat, email).
- Prior upselling and cross-selling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Must be open to working in night shifts and relocate to Bengaluru.
