Job Description
- Handle international customer queries via voice support
- Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and empathy

Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in International Voice Process (preferred/mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong customer handling abilities
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Ready for work from office in Pune
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support / contact center roles
- Any graduate with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge or certification in customer service is an advantage
