💼 Job Description – Key Responsibilities:
As a Provisioning & Activation Executive, you will:
-
Assist in provisioning data, VPN, leased lines, and voice services
-
Use OSS/BSS tools to perform activations and validations
-
Monitor service delivery queues and coordinate with internal teams
-
Escalate and troubleshoot provisioning issues
-
Maintain configuration and provisioning records
-
Ensure timely updates to customer provisioning status
-
Participate in shift-based operations to maintain 24×7 support
📚 What You’ll Learn:

Real-time exposure to telecom provisioning systems like Cramer, Siebel, Remedy
-
Understanding of IP Addressing, VLAN, routing protocols
-
Coordination across NOC, engineering, and support teams
-
Hands-on experience with ticketing and delivery tools
-
Professional growth within HCL’s Telecom & Network Services domain
🔧 Required Skills:

Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, switches)

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail

Familiarity with MS Excel (reporting will be a part of the job)

Willingness to work in night shifts / weekends if required
